Early Morning Prayer

Before the emails, the commute, and the to-do list — there's prayer. Our Early Morning Prayer gathering is a simple, consistent rhythm for anyone who wants to start their day anchored in God's presence.

How It Works

• 6:00 AM — Gathering — Coffee is ready when you arrive. We begin promptly at 6:00 with a short Scripture reading.

• 6:05 AM — Guided Prayer — A rotating prayer leader guides us through focused prayer for different areas: our families, our church, our city, our nation, the persecuted church, and personal needs.

• 6:15 AM — Silent Prayer — Ten minutes of quiet, personal prayer. Some use a journal. Some pray through a Scripture passage. Some simply sit in stillness.

• 6:25 AM — Closing — We close together with the Lord's Prayer and a brief worship song.

• 6:30 AM — Dismissed — Out the door in time for work, school, or whatever the day holds.

Who Comes

Our regulars include business professionals, parents, retirees, college students, and night-shift workers stopping by on their way home. The group ranges from 8 to 25 people on any given morning. Everyone is welcome — no RSVP needed.

Why 6:00 AM?

Jesus himself modeled the practice of rising early to pray (Mark 1:35). There's something powerful about giving God the first moments of your day before the world starts competing for your attention. It's not easy — but it's worth it.
