Youth Worship Gathering

This is not your parents' church service — and that's the point. Our Youth Worship Gathering is a space designed specifically for students to explore faith, ask hard questions, and build friendships that last. Every Wednesday night, we come together for music, a message that speaks to real life, and small group conversations that go deeper.

What Happens on Wednesday Nights

• Doors Open at 6:30 PM — Hang out, play games, grab snacks. The vibe is relaxed and fun.

• Worship at 6:45 PM — Our student-led worship band leads 20 minutes of music. Students are encouraged to be part of the band — auditions happen each semester.

• The Message — Youth Pastor Rachel Adams delivers a 20-minute talk on topics that matter: identity, anxiety, friendships, social media, purpose, and following Jesus in everyday life.

• Small Groups — We break into groups of 6–8 by grade and gender, led by trained adult volunteers. This is where real connection happens.

• Closing & Pickup at 8:00 PM — Parents can pick up at the Youth Room entrance.

Why It Matters

The teenage years are when faith either becomes personal or fades away. We take that seriously. Our goal is to create a place where every student feels known, valued, and equipped to own their faith — not just borrow their parents'.

Get Involved

Students can serve on the worship team, tech team, greeting team, or social media crew. We also need adult volunteers — background checked and trained — to serve as small group leaders. Contact Pastor Rachel at youth@gracecommunity.org.
